I don’t fix companies—I recalibrate the leaders behind them.
In a world addicted to speed, scale, and survival, I help leaders—especially in construction and other demanding industries—slow down, take stock, and build something that actually lasts—starting with themselves.
I work with founders, owners, and senior leaders of small to medium-sized enterprises—as well as those in upper management roles—who are ready to do the hard, human work of transformation. Not just operational tweaks, but full-spectrum recalibration: leadership, mindset, vision, culture, team structure, and personal wellness.
My role is not to manage your projects or sugarcoat your status quo. I’m the supplemental oxygen—here to expose blind spots, reconnect you with your purpose, and help you build a company or teams where people thrive, not just survive.
This isn’t coaching. It’s a commitment. To yourself. To your people. To what your company and the people who look up to you could become—if you’re brave enough to destroy what’s no longer working.
